1. Definitions

15. Complaints

Complaints about an operator — including payments, bonuses or account closures — must be raised with that operator and, where relevant, with its regulator or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider, not with us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, which cannot be waived.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
17. Availability of the site
We may change, suspend, restrict or withdraw all or part of the site, or any content or feature, at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted, that content will be current at the moment you read it, or that it will be free of errors, and we may set limits on the use of certain features.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force, and the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects its original intent.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and any notices published on the site, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site, and replace any earlier agreement on that subject.
20. No waiver
If we do not enforce a right or provision of these Terms, that is not a waiver of that right or provision, and it does not prevent us from enforcing it later.
21. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours to a group company or to a successor of our business, provided this does not reduce your rights.
22. Force majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including hosting, network or power outages, cyber-attacks, or the acts of third parties.
